Vinny's Info...

I am already neutered, a special needs pet, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Vinny's Story...
Vinny is a mature pyr/anatolian mix that likes nothing better than lying around and keeping watch. He is approx. 5 years old, neutered, up-to-date on shots and is heartworm negative. He is a wonderful dog that gets up slowly and needs a bit of time to stretch his legs. We have him on joint meds and he is doing wonderfully -Vinny is considered a special needs dog since he might need joint meds for the rest of his life but because of that small need, we don't charge an adoption fee to that wonderful home that sees him as he truly is - a great dog in need of a great family.
If you are interested in giving Vinny a new home, please contact TGPR or complete an adoption form found at

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Vinny, a Kyle Anatolian Shepherd/Great Pyrenees dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Anatolian Shepherd/Great Pyrenees for sale in Kyle, or seeking a Anatolian Shepherd/Great Pyrenees dog from a breeder in Kyle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kyle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kyle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Anatolian Shepherd/Great Pyrenees breeders who help with Anatolian Shepherd/Great Pyrenees rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kyle paves the way for another one to be saved.
