Oliver is sweet, spunky, playful, and lovable 7.5 lb terrier. Oliver's pet parents moved and left him behind he was homeless for at least a year and kind neighbors took care of him. Oliver has has all his medical done (neuter, vaccinations and dental), he is crate trained but loves to be with his person and makes a great lap dog and partner.
