Put away your breakables because Tank's tail doesn't stop wagging! If you love 100% Total Goofball, this waggy boy is it!! Tank is just sweet as can be, loves to play, walks well on a leash, and thinks your lap is the most comfortable place to sit!! He and his purebred Chocolate Lab mom were dropped off in someone's yard. Both Momma and Tank looked to be in great shape, healthy with good coats, but despite searching and posting, they were never claimed so we made it our promise to find them homes where they would never be abandoned again.
Tank is such an affectionate boy. He's part puppy, part bull in a china shop, but he's very lovable!! He is friendly with men, friendly with women, friendly with kids, friendly with dogs, and he'd probably be friendly with cats if he met them too! He's got all the best Lab attributes, like love of new people, love of swimming, and love of Fetch. He's also got some of the Lab challenges, like thinking he's a big lap dog, chewing the occasional flip flop, and being just clumsy enough to accidentally bump into someone as he gallops by! But he is super friendly and so eager to please, and bonds so easily to his people -- a testament to how much he wants to belong to a family. We know his mom was purebred Lab, but he looks like he may have a bit of hound in him, making him a little bit taller and lankier than a Lab, and also a lot more "chill".
