Andy's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, and good with kids.

Andy's Story...
Andy came to me with her eight, four day old kittens in September. She was a stray who I am told had at least one other litter of kittens that unfortunately did not make it, I am guessing her to be around 3 years old! After Andy's eight babies were adopted we took in four three week old abandoned kittens, who she accepted and raised as her own! They are now weaned and adopted so she is now available! She is spayed, up to date on shots, and has been treated for ear mites and an eye infection!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Andy, a Morgantown Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Morgantown, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Morgantown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Morgantown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Morgantown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Morgantown paves the way for another one to be saved.
