Eric's Story...
Visit our website to fill out an adoption application at www.littleorphanangels.org or visit our new adoption location at Petsense 5615 Rufe Snow Dr. North Richland Hills TX 76180 beginning October 1, 2016.
Eric showed up on a Good Samaritan’s porch one day and decided he just didn’t want to leave. (Eric was previously known as Arial before his first vet visit – surprise!) His personality is sweet and loving, with a pinch of “spice” thrown in. He does have an admirable energy level and LOVES to play - because of this, he will need a young, energetic cat as a companion. He loves to snuggle and sleep with his foster mom, but can be somewhat impatient when he gets picked up and held when he thinks he should be on the floor zooming around (he’s very busy). He is funny and loves to get into boxes, bags, cabinets, etc. Eric is used to living with a small dog that ignores him and other kittens and adult cats. Because of his feisty nature and energy level, he probably would not do well in a home with small children. It is an absolute must that he have a fun, energetic feline friend in his forever home. Stop by and meet this fabulous, fun boy! We hold our adoption events at Petsense, 5615 Rufe Snow Drive, North Richland Hills most Saturdays from 11-3p. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Eric, a Keller Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Keller, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Keller.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Keller already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Keller breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Keller paves the way for another one to be saved.
