My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Izzy is a 6 yr old, 7 lb Yorkshire Terrier/Poodle cross. She looks more like a Yorkie but you can see the poodle curls start when her hair gets longer. Izzy would be best in a home as the only dog as she can be dominate with other dogs. Her former owner advised that on walks Izzy would get aggressive with other dogs. Her foster mom has been working on this problem and Izzy is positively responding very quickly. On her own, she is very cuddly and wants to be with her human all the time. She rides very well in the car and is great greeting people on her walks. Izzy would not be good with small children at this time as their quick movements upset her. She has a VERY high pitch whine when left alone so would not be good in an apartment and does have a bit of separation anxiety.

Izzy's adoption fee is $375. She is spayed, up to date on shots, and Heartworm tested. For an applicaiton go to www.happytailsrescue.ca/adoption-form

**applicants must be in a 2 hr driving range from Toronto/Niagara area as we do home visits ourselves with our dogs
