Here's what the humans have to say about me:
June is a 7 month old puppy who came from the Kansas farm. She appears to do fine with Small dogs and cats.
I'm a unicorn too...a greyhound puppy! I'm trying to convince foster mommy I need a horn for Halloween, but I don't think she's buying it. (BaHaHa....see what I did there?)
Anyhoo, I'm seven months old. I LOVE people and other dogs. My foster people describe me as outgoing and friendly. I love to play but I also love to snuggle. I don't mind going into my crate and I sleep through the night. What's not to love?!
I like walkies and behave myself when I'm on leash. I'm trying to learn not to jump, but sometimes I'm just SO EXCITED!
The Briarcrest staff said I was gorgeous and they see a LOT of greyhounds. I sound like the perfect greyhound, if I do say so myself. You should snap me up now!
June
P.S. I'm living with two male greyhounds and a bunch of kitties. We all get along just fine.
FOSTER UPDATE:
June is a very playful, happy girl. She is living with two male greyhounds and several cats. June loves to run around the house and yard, playing with the boys. June also wants desperately to play with the kitties. Although she isn't high prey or a danger to the cats, she does annoy them.
June is very much a puppy and behaves like one. She needs to be closely supervised to prevent her from chewing on inappropriate items, inside the home and outdoors.
June sleeps through the night and walks well on a leash.
Her ideal adopter would be someone who will engage her in physical activity, properly monitor her behavior, dedicate time to training her, and provide her a doggie buddy with which she can play.
