Abby's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Abby's Story...
Abby is about 5 yrs old (she acts two!) and 30 lbs (but she needs to gain about 10 lbs). She is sweet and listens well. She lives with cats and dogs. She has had no accidents in her foster home and she sleeps all night in the crate. She rides well in the car and loves going for leash walks. She is a wonderful dog and will make a wonderful addition to any family!

Adoption fee of $200 covers all vetting including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip heartworm test and treatment if needed and any other medical that may be required while in rescue.

We only do adoptions on Saturday and not all animals are able to attend so if you would like to see a specific animal please let us know so that we can make arrangements for it to be present at the event. Event locations do vary so please check the homepage to find out where we will be this week. Please do not ask us to reduce adoption fees since all fees help us to cover medical expenses for all of animals, some of which can be very expensive. Saving lives is not cheap so thank you for your understanding and helping us save as many as possible.

Please email lowcountryanimalrescue@ymail.com for an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Abby, a Summerville Bearded Collie/Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bearded Collie/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Summerville, or seeking a Bearded Collie/Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Summerville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Summerville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Summerville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bearded Collie/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Bearded Collie/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Summerville paves the way for another one to be saved.
