  • Color: Black - With Tan, Yellow Or Fawn
  • Age: Young
  • Size: Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)

Jake was picked up as a stray with his sister (Josie – see her listing on adopt a pet). He has been evaluated with other dogs and does great with slow introductions (which we ALWAYS recommend). He is now in a foster home and his foster mom has discovered he is extremely smart and trainable which is good because he is also full of energy. His ideal family will continue with his training and keep his brilliant mind stimulated. Jake has beautiful brown, soulful eyes and would love to stare into the eyes of his forever family for the rest of his life. If you are interested in adopting Jake, please contact us so we can adopt him to YOU to love him for the rest of his life. To adopt Jake, please email and we can send you an adoption application!!!!

Our Adoption Process...

Our adoption process starts with an adopter completing an adoption application that requires a vet reference and personal references. An adopter's current pets must all be up to date on shots as well as spayed or neutered. Once all of the information in the application is confirmed and references are checked, Howlin 4 HELP Rescue will schedule a home visit with the potential adopter. All dogs will have their age appropriate shots, rabies, worming, microchipping and be spayed or neutered -except those with certain medical conditions that may prevent this basic care. Puppies will have age appropriate shots and must be spayed or neutered by six months of age with a vet letter.
