Mae Mae (in CT)'s Story...
Mae Mae (in CT) is 7 months old. She is an absolute lovebug that you'll fall in love with instantly! She loves to be held & is indeed so relaxed in your arms that the photos look like we're dropping her, but we weren't! She put herself in the belly up position in someone's arms, & then tilted her head back & down, nearly putting herself upside down! She has been introduced to a friendly large dog & a puppy & she liked them both!

She has been tested for FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus) & FeLV (feline leukemia virus) & found to be negative, and is already spayed.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mae Mae (in CT), a Manchester Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Manchester, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Manchester.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Manchester already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Manchester breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Manchester paves the way for another one to be saved.
