WINTER's Story...
Hi, my name is WINTER. I'm a neutered gentleman approx 5-6 yrs old. I'm loving and sweet and love to go for walks and car rides. I like everybody and everything. I'm super housebroken and sporting a short hairdo. The shelter had to shave me down because I was so badly matted. Now, I look like a lamb and I'm just as cuddly. I am an easy dog and very happy. I never have a bad day and everyone at the vet's office just loves me. I'm a huge dog but that just gives you more to love. I'll make someone a lovely companion or family dog.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

WINTER, a Granite Bay Great Pyrenees dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Pyrenees for sale in Granite Bay, or seeking a Great Pyrenees dog from a breeder in Granite Bay.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Granite Bay already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Granite Bay breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Pyrenees breeders who help with Great Pyrenees rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Granite Bay paves the way for another one to be saved.
