Let us introduce you to LADDY, the sweetest, kindest, happiest, & most faithful companion you’ll ever meet! LADDY is a small, 2-year-old, smooth-coated boy. He is eager to please & is very motivated by both affection & treats, so he will be a dreamboat to continue training. And as he loves to receive affection, he also loves to give it! He also likes to play tug, which will be a further training incentive. He’s gentle in his interactions with people & other dogs. In fact, he loves to play with other dogs, joining the team to run & chase. And he has lots of playful energy! LADDY knows basic commands & is almost 100% housebroken. He loves his crate & finds it a good place to rest & a good place in which to eat or munch on snacks. LADDY is also a good watch dog, letting you know when someone comes to the house, but he is not a nuisance barker at all. He will be happiest in a quiet home, one which offers him lots of praise & love & maybe one with another dog friend; he would also do well as an only dog. He seems fine with cats.
LADDY is micro-chipped, neutered, heart worm negative and on preventative, and up to date on vaccinations. If you have an approved Northern California Border Collie Rescue & Adoptions Adoption Application (http://norcalbcrescue.org/adopt_info.html) and wish to enquire about LADDY, please email us at Adoptions@norcalbcrescue.org. If you have an approved adoption application with Border Collie Rescue of Northern California let us know and we will request it be forwarded to us for consideration.
LADDY is being fostered north of Sacramento, California.
