Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, my name is Joanie and I'm hoping to find my forever home. My foster mom thinks I'm about 1 year old and a Jack Russell mix. I'm super cute, at least I like to think I am. I'm 10lbs, spayed, with lots of energy, but I also love to cuddle on your lap. I am very friendly, house trained with some reminders (especially during playtime), crate trained, and love people and kids.
But because I'm a little high energy, it's probably best if I'm in a home with kids older than 10 years old. I'm currently living with my foster mom and her 45lb lab. We get along great, and have a ball playing together. Most of the time we share pretty well, but there are times I like to have my bone to myself, and not be bothered by him when I'm eating. I'm getting better at sharing, and I have no problem sharing my food and toys with my foster mom. She is currently working with me on my basic commands, and helping me learn how to walk on a leash. I will probably need you to be patient with me, but I promise I am very eager to please. Could you be my forever family?

Joanie's adoption fee is $275.
Joanie will be at the Tinley Park PetSmart this Saturday, December 3rd, from 11-2:30 pm. Please bring your household members and any other dogs to meet her!
