JaJa's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, and up to date with shots.

JaJa's Story...
JaJa is a year old, 26 pound blend of Italian Greyhound and English Foxhound. JaJa was found abandoned by a park ranger in Mammoth Cave State Park in Kentucky. She was tied to a tree with her sister Megz.

JaJa is fun, silly and sweet as sugar. Give her a toy and she is in heaven. She is well socialized with dogs and absolutely loves people. Her definition of winning the lottery is simply a toy! In her world, it doesn't get any better than that!

JaJa doesn't seem to be affected by her abandonment as she is full of joy and loving life. She adores children and would be the perfect fit for any home needing a special, fun loving addition to their family.

JaJa is house trained and crate trained.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

JaJa, a Avon Italian Greyhound/Foxhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Italian Greyhound/Foxhound for sale in Avon, or seeking a Italian Greyhound/Foxhound dog from a breeder in Avon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Avon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Avon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Italian Greyhound/Foxhound breeders who help with Italian Greyhound/Foxhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Avon paves the way for another one to be saved.
