Hi, my name is NORRIS! I was rescued from a puppy mill situation where I was not being cared for properly. Because of this, I am very shy and am looking for a quiet, understanding home. My forever home will need another dog to show me the ropes as well as a fenced in yard. I am about 3 years old and 13 lbs.
