Patch's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Patch's Story...
Patch is a 12 year old neutered Jack Russel Terrier. Don't let his age fool you - he has plenty of pep in his step and lots of tail wags left! Patch was brought in with his fur-sister, Star, who he would love to find a forever home with. Patch and Star have lived together for 12 years and hope to live out their golden years together. Patch has done well with the other cats and dogs at the shelter. He is an easy going boy and would make the best couch buddy! Patch's happy-go-lucky attitude will always bring a smile to your face. Do you have an open spot in your home and heart for two beyond loving seniors?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Patch, a Michigan City Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Michigan City, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Michigan City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Michigan City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Michigan City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Michigan City paves the way for another one to be saved.
