Here's what the humans have to say about me:
PHIL is an intact 5 month old yellow male Lab who weighs 66 pounds. Phil is a very handsome pup! He loves to run around and play outside. Phil will need to go to obedience classes since he is so young. He has not been on a leash before as he was born on a breeding farm and is used to running around in the yard. Phil is good with other dogs and needs to go to a home with another playful dog. No cat history but with being a puppy he might be good with cats. Phil needs to go to a home with a physical fenced-in yard, not invisible. He also needs to go to a home with another playful dog to show him the ropes.
Phil is approved for kids 10+. More info soon!!!
Reminders:
Raising a puppy can be very rewarding but also very demanding pursuit. Puppy adopters need to ensure that the puppy:
- Has a potty/social interaction break every three or four hours until 6 months old to ensure house training success.
- Gets plenty of daily play time and walks.
- Has regular interaction with kids, adults and other dogs to ensure positive socialization.
- We will not place two pups from the same litter together.
-Puppy adoption fee is $325.
-A contract with a training addendum will be completed before a puppy heads home.
- Gets the vaccinations in accordance with the Lab Rescue Puppy Protocol and other care as recommended by their vet.
- Goes to a formal training program when the puppy is six months old in addition to in-home training efforts.
