Meet Paulina, or as we like to call her, Pau Pau(Pronounce Pow Pow)!

This AMAZINGLY sweet little girl is shy, but don't let her fool you. She is the sweetest thing once she learns your routine! Paulina can be shy, so she will need an adopter who is patient and willing to help her come out of her shell, and learn how to settle in the new home. She absolutely LOVES her friends, and will require a home that has a dog or several other doggies for her to play and be a part of. Other dogs help her to come out of her shy shell, and to learn all about how to interact with her newly found human friends. Once she learns from them, she's all yours. Paulina loves to play with puppies, so any dogs of all shapes, sizes, and ages are great for Paulina!

Paulina gets along wonderfully with cats of all ages as well, and wouldn't mind sharing her home with a sibling of this type.! We put that Paulina is good with children but we would hope that the kids would be older or more balanced kids who have the patience to give Paulina time to adjust to them. Kids who are younger and would give chase, scream, or put their hands all over her may not be best for Paulina. She will not bite, as she has not a single bad bone in her body, but it will scare her.

Paulina loves being outdoors and running around the yard, playing with toys and chasing the other doggies. She gets along great with all her foster siblings, and is quick to learn our routines. She is getting better about being on leash but will need continued socialization with it.

She is fully crate trained and house broken however, and is not a chewer so being destructive in the home is not a worry from her. She is also fully vetted meaning she is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and on monthly flea and heartworm preventions. She is heart worm positive but finish her treatment.

For more information about Paulina and how to adopt her, please contact us at

Our adoption fee is $295, she is fully vetted, and it covers all transportation fees. Fees cover crate (yours to keep), travel costs, and health certificate.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pau - simple sweet, a Seattle Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever for sale in Seattle, or seeking a Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Seattle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seattle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seattle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seattle paves the way for another one to be saved.
