Leo's story is very sad. He was adopted at a local shelter to a family that did not take care of him at all. He had demodectic mange when adopted out that became really bad as time went by. He was finally relinquished to an animal officer after the family was threaten with animal cruelty charges. The officer called our group, we could not say no to him, we are glad we did, he is a truly remarkable doggie. He went directly to the Vet and he has been recovering since.
He is a big goofy boy, around 70+ lbs. of nothing but love and joy. He is very friendly with dogs.
There are few spots on his fur that hair still need to grow in, not sure if it ever will, but he is demodectic mange free for couple of months.
All the bad memories are totally forgotten, he is a peace and love kind of dog, living in the moment, enjoying life to its fullest.
He is 2 to 3 years old and around 70 lbs, and will do anything for a treat.
He is crate and potty trained, very smart, easy to train. Very keen to his human's voice and commands.
If you can provide him with a great home where he will be treated as a family member, please contact us at email@example.com or call Lyda Vallee at 713-416-2118.
His adoption fee is $295 and that includes all transportation costs, a crate - yours to keep for future use - health certificate, chip, neuter, all shots - including rabies. He is on heart worm and flea prevention.
We can provide you with lots of references from previous adopters in your area.
He is waiting for your call, his bags are packed.
