Spencer is a 6 year old Rat Terrier whose family surrendered him because they did not have enough time for him. Although he may be shy at first, once he knows you he will literally do backflips for you! We think he was a circus dog in his past life. Spencer is looking for an adult home or a home with older children to peacefully spend the rest of his days with. Please call the shelter (516-944-8220) during working hours (Mon. to Fri. 9AM-4PM; Sat. 10AM-4PM) for more information about Spencer, the adoption process at the shelter, and to confirm availability. Please go to www.theshelterconnection.org for more information about and directions to the shelter.
