Leopardo DiCatrio's Story...
I'm not the kind of person who tries to be cool or trendy, I'm definitely an individual. I've always been spontaneous and outgoing...I've tried lots of things so I've got some good life experiences. I might seem like a regal guy, but I'm a kitten at heart. Most of the time I'm pretty relaxed, but you'll occasionally catch me playing with my food. I get along alright with most other cats, so adjusting to a resident cat is likely possible. I'm a bigger guy, so older kids would be ideal since I'm quite a lot of cat to hold on to. What do you think? Do you have room in your heart for an Oscar winner?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Leopardo DiCatrio, a Harrisonburg Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Harrisonburg, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Harrisonburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Harrisonburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Harrisonburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Harrisonburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
