Facts about Jett

  • Breed: American Shorthair
  • Color: Black (Mostly)
  • Age: Young
  • Sex: Male
  • Hair: Short
It isn’t hard for Jett to catch your attention with his white bib, white toes, and half-white mustache that make a striking contrast against his soft, shiny black coat!

Jett is an extremely active young man, curious about everyone and everything! Jett loves attention, regardless if it’s from people or other friendly kitties. Jett is a certified snuggler who enjoys being held, petted, and having his back and chin scratched.

Jett loves to play and seems to have a special affinity for the laser light toy and pipe cleaners. His curiosity makes him quite the explorer causing him to climb to the highest of heights where he can survey his kingdom. After the survey is done, Jett’s talkative nature prompts him to report his findings and observations back to you!

Jett is a fun-loving, affectionate, companionable little guy who will bring a lot of love and laughter into his new home!

About RESCUE

About Our Rescue Group...

RESCUE is a registered non-profit volunteer based animal rescue organization located in Maricopa County. RESCUE has no central facility and is volunteer run. Our focus is on the "kill lists." We were founded in 1995, and with the support of our volunteers and our community, we have found homes for over 11,000 dogs and cats. Our motto is for every animal adopted, we are back to rescue another. We depend on the community for our support and offer a variety of satisfying ways for you to get involved in our mission to end the killing of the orphaned dogs and cats. Please consider adopting, volunteering or donating.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We do not have a shelter. We are at various special events around the valley. Please see our Upcoming Events section on our website for further information. We look forward to meeting you and introducing you to some of our wonderful animals.

Our Adoption Process...

Fill out an online application, have an interview with a Matchmaker, if we are in philosophical alignment, set up a meet and greet and if all goes well finalize the adoption. Our service fee for dogs is $150 and $125 for cats. All our dogs and cats are spayed and neutered prior to adoption.
