Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Yoda Says, ‘Fall in Love with Me, You Will’
2-3 year-old, female, German Shepherd
Good with other dogs: Yes
Good with children: Yes
Good with cats: Yes
Meet the gorgeous Yoda. Fall in love with her, you will. (Yes, groan, that is a Star Wars reference). Yoda
was found by a Good Samaritan on the street as a stray and taken in while trying to find her owner.
Sadly, her owner never came forward, and boy are they missing out. Her temporary foster reports that
Yoda is a terrific dog!
Yoda is already housebroken, crate trained and walks well on a leash. And according to her temporary
foster, she gets along with children of all ages and even with cats. She’s a mellow, easy going girl that
just wants a cozy bed and lots of love.
If you’re looking for a new friend that you can take anywhere, Yoda is your girl. She’s up for anything
from walking and hiking to just napping and watching Netflix.
As always, if you are interested in a Saving Paws dog, you must fill out our
online application
to get the
approval process started. We will only schedule meet and greets with an approved application! All staff
members are volunteers and are not compensated for their time and expenses. Many juggle family and
full-time careers while volunteering at Saving Paws. Please be patient as sometimes it takes up to 5 days
to process an application.
