My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet this beautiful girl named Dutchess! She came into the shelter on Oct. 15, 2016 when her owners were moving and could not take her along with them. She is 3 years old, current on her shots and missing her home life setting. She is a little unsure of her new surrounding but with time and love from staff and volunteers she will adjust with a little time. I was able to hold her and scratch her head and around her ears which she really liked. Stop by the shelter and meet Dutchess today and give her a fair chance at a wonderful life she misses and deserves.
We have SO MANY cats & kittens arriving daily that it is hard to keep Adopt a Pet as up-to-date as we would like. So PLEASE COME TO THE SHELTER and meet some of the wonderful cats that are up for adoption and open up your home to 1 or more kitties today! Can't adopt today? We'd love some toys, litter, or food (especially kitten food) would be good too. Maybe you will have some time for snuggle and love on us while you're here. It makes the cats time here more enjoyable to get love & attention. We need volunteers & foster homes! If you adopt a cat that is not already spayed or neutered you will receive a voucher to help cover the cost of the surgery (some vets honor the voucher 100%)...such a great deal while saving a life!! All of the cats are tested for FIV as well as Lukemia before being adopted out as well. The shelter hours are M-F 10-1, 2-5 and Sat. 10-4.
