Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Moon Child! Check out that cute face. Kind of hard to imagine how it could ever belong to a homeless pup. She isn’t letting her past get her down though! She is one of the happiest puppies around. We rescued Moon Child along with 5 of her friends after they came into the shelter as part of a hoarding situation. Not being able to stand the thought of separating them, The Pet Rescue Center rescued all of them. Moon Child is around 4 months old and will need all of her basic training to be a happy and well-mannered adult dog. Right now she is starting to learn her basics and is a smart girl so learning quickly. She gets along great with other dogs and kids. Please contact The Pet Rescue Center if you think Moon Child might be a good match for you!
ADOPTION PROCESS:
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. You can find our application online at: http://www.thepetrescuecenter.org/adopt/adoption-application.html. Completed applications can be submitted online, faxed to (949) 743-5878 or emailed to: adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization. Our mission is to save the lives of dogs and cats at risk of euthanasia. The Pet Rescue Center is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
