Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Bastian! This sweet gentleman is quite the little survivor. When we met Bastian he was in the medical ward of the shelter because he has been attacked by a coyote and lived to tell the tale. We couldn’t believe that this 7lb boy made it, but he did and he has not let this attack change him in the slightest. The second he is in your arms all he wants to do is snuggle up. He gets along great with other dogs and hasn’t met a person he doesn’t love. Snuggling under the blankets is what he does best! He is a tiny little guy who we think is about 2 years old. If you think Bastian would be a good match for your family please contact The Pet Rescue Center.
ADOPTION PROCESS:
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. You can find our application online at: http://www.thepetrescuecenter.org/adopt/adoption-application.html. Completed applications can be submitted online, faxed to (949) 743-5878 or emailed to: adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization. Our mission is to save the lives of dogs and cats at risk of euthanasia. The Pet Rescue Center is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
