Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Leila is so very sweet and looks like a beautiful young pup. You'd never know it by looking at her that she has 12 years of life behind her. This cutie pie knows her commands and is used to living with a family. In fact, her family left her at the shelter on Oct. 20th. They said it had become inconvenient that Leila had become so heavy she can no longer easily go up and down the stairs to take herself outside to potty. We hope that someone sees what a beauty this girl is and snaps her up. Exercise and diet could help this beauty slim down. Leila is up to date with shots, spayed, and micro-chipped. She is reported to be good with kids. Leila will be heartworm tested upon adoption. Leila is in run 82, her ID is 589819, and she weighs 61 lbs.
When calling the shelter about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER, the names are oftentimes made up by volunteers.
