Sir Fluffsalot's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Sir Fluffsalot's Story...
I arrived at the RHSPCA because my purrson was allergic to me, so now I'm looking for a new realm that needs a knight in shining armor! Or at least, a fluffy and affectionate kitty to brighten your day and make you smile. I love being close and will hop out of my kennel and onto your shoulder if you're not quick! Give me a little support, and I could stay right there forever, purring away. I've met other cats and get along well with other low-key kitties that are respectful, so adjusting to resident cats with a nice, slow introduction would be ideal. No need to conquer the mists of Avalon to find paradise, just come for a visit with me!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sir Fluffsalot, a Harrisonburg Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Harrisonburg, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Harrisonburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Harrisonburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Harrisonburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Harrisonburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
