Max's Story...
Looking for some active fun?
Meet Max!
Max is a 4 year old Redbone Coonhound mixed with... something. Boxer, maybe? His momma wasn't telling. ;)
Max needs a cat-free home, but he's good with dogs (if you have an existing dog, a meet and greet is needed to make sure that the chemistry is right!) and he's great with kids!
Max does bark at strangers... and then gives them kisses. He's just a goofy, friendly guy!
He's also completely house trained! He does pull on a leash, but that can be fixed with a bit of training and some yummy treats to reward good behavior.
Looking for an enthusiastic and fun fellow? Stop in to meet Max today!
Max is a powerful boy and sometimes gets possessive of his toys, for that reason we suggest he go to a home with no small children.

Max has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and has tested neg. for heartworm which is included in the $75 adoption fee. If you would like to adopt this dog, you must come into the shelter for a meet and greet. We are open 12-4. (Closed Mondays & Wednesdays)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Max, a Seville Hound (Unknown Type)/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Boxer for sale in Seville, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Boxer dog from a breeder in Seville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Boxer breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seville paves the way for another one to be saved.
