Hannah's Story...
Meet Hannah, a very sweet girl who ended up at a high kill shelter in August as a pregnant stray. She is a well mannered girl and excellent on a leash. She's very laid back, does not jump, loves everyone, has the most adorable face ever, she is way cuter in person. Her puppies have also been rescued and are finding their forever homes. She seemed to have been well socialized, she is well behaved, quiet and is a very easy keeper. She knows no stranger and is great with kids, all dogs and cats! She is house/crate trained and a perfect family dog.

Hannah is 2-3 years old and is a perfect medium size at 54lbs.
She is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm treated, etc.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hannah, a Lebanon Retriever (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Retriever (Unknown Type) for sale in Lebanon, or seeking a Retriever (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Lebanon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lebanon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lebanon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Retriever (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Retriever (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lebanon paves the way for another one to be saved.
