Hal (white nose) and Henley are brothers, born approximately 7/31/16.

Hal is a sweet boy with lots of energy. He loves to play hard and rest in a lap. He purrs on command and adores his siblings Harriett and Henley. He would be a great fit for a family with other cats or well behaved children. He loves climbing cat trees and just being held.

Henley is a sweet little tuxedo boy. He is a lover and enjoys a warm lap. He gives cuddles and kisses and loves being carried like a baby. He gets along great with other cats especially his siblings Harriett and Hal. He would do great with well behaved children.

Adoption events are held at the Fair Oaks Petco (Madison at Hazel) on Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 4pm.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Henley, a North Highlands Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in North Highlands, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in North Highlands.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in North Highlands already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a North Highlands breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in North Highlands paves the way for another one to be saved.
