My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gracie was adopted but has now returned.....the landlord said she was too big. Gracie originally arrived at our shelter on 10/11/16 and had her pups the next day.She is a good mommy and seems very sweet. She went to an adoption event at pet Supplies Plus and was a good girl. She was a little skittish but eventually settled down.

DISCLAIMER:
In order to post on websites, we must choose a breed or breed mix. We choose the breed we think the pet most resembles. The only way to know the actual breed would be to do a DNA test which is too costly for non-profits. You should always choose your pet by the personality, size, and energy level that will best fit your personality and lifestyle.
We post that the pet is housetrained if we were told on intake that they are or if they behave as if they are. In the shelter environment it is hard to determine if they actually are and even if they were, they will usually have to be re-trained when they go to a home. This is usually easy if you are consistent in when you take them out and use positive training methods. We can provide tips upon request.
