Ringo is a silly 3 year old boy who and runs 'round and 'round in when it's time to eat. He was a bit shy when he was first found running the streets but he has since unpacked his bags and has become a favorite at the Cocker Inn. Mr. Personality loves to cuddle and has just finished heartworm treatment. He will be ready for his forever home in November 2016.
