TRUMAN's Story...
Meet Truman. Maybe a better name for him should have been Trooper because of all he has been through! Little Truman was hit by a car and miraculously survived, sustaining multiple pelvic injuries. He was brought to the shelter and sat there for 2 weeks with his injuries untreated! Yet, Truman remained sweet as could be, trying to wag his tail, and giving kisses. We knew we had to save him.
Truman is now on the road to recovery. He has had surgery to repair his fractures and will make a full recovery. Truman remains all sweetness and love. He is ready to find his forever home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

TRUMAN, a Los Angeles Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Spaniel (Unknown Type) for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Spaniel (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Spaniel (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
