Here's what the humans have to say about me:
PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE POST BEFORE EMAILING. PUPS ARE AVAILABLE UNTIL THEY ARE REMOVED FROM THE WEBSITE. The first step of the adoption process is to fill out an application showing that you are READY to adopt ! You can find one at stlsdp.org.
These pups came to us when their mom was picked up as a stray. Mom ( Suzie Q) was very thin and underweight. We had a big surprise when she had 7 babies just 8 days later. The little cuties are ready for their new homes on Nov. 4th. Doggie DNA test showed that mamma is a shih tzu Pekingese mix and Dad was a Chihuahua mix. The pups should be low to medium shedding and be 8 lbs to 15 lbs full grown. Pups are well socialized with humans and other dogs and have done excellent with house breaking. Please remember there will be a lot of accidents until the little ones are house trained. The brain catches up with the bladder around 6 months of age.
Before adopting a puppy, or any dog, please make sure you have:
1. Researched the breed, its exercise needs and grooming requirements.
2.Have the TIME, ENERGY, PATIENCE AND MONEY it takes to raise a puppy!!
3.Are ready, willing and able to care for an animal for the next 15 years of its life.
If you have met the requirements above, you should fill out an application at stlsdp.org. Please be patient as we expect to have a lot of interested people in the sweet pups. Adoption Donation $325.00 includes spay, micro chip, de worming’s, and age appropriate shots. Puppies will need booster shots, heart worm test and rabies shots in the near future, they are too young for some of the vet care required.
