Mia's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Mia's Story...
This is sweet Mia! A 1.5yr old Jack Russel Terrier / pointer mix, about 30lbs. She is a friendly dog who loves all people, but she is a little nervous meeting new dogs. However, once introduced properly, she is great. A bit of a lap dog, she is so devoted to her owners! She is house trained and beyond the chewing stage! She is not overly active - content to be by her owners side. She DOES NOT like cats, however. Please consider giving this sweet girl a chance - the 1+ yr olds always get passed over for cute, tiny puppies, but it's the 1+ yr olds who will be the most grateful. Consider adding sweet Mia to your home today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mia, a Allentown Jack Russell Terrier/Pointer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier/Pointer for sale in Allentown, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier/Pointer dog from a breeder in Allentown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Allentown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Allentown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier/Pointer breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier/Pointer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Allentown paves the way for another one to be saved.
