found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.
Having spent her entire life in the atrocious conditions of a hoarder’s yard, Sadie Belle never had a chance to learn what it’s like to be loved. Before coming to Friends For Life, she had never walked on a leash, been cuddled in someone’s lap, eaten a nutritious diet, or visited a park. Despite having been unloved her entire life, she remains so curious and gentle; it’s a small miracle that she still has some faith in humankind!
* Sadie Belle loves exploring new places, despite having just learned to walk on a leash. Once she trusts someone, she would follow them to the ends of the earth – as long as they give her the chance to sniff lots of grass (which is something completely new to her).
* Although she may seem shy and tentative, Sadie Belle very much enjoys the company of other dogs, especially ones who are patient enough to give her time to come out of her shell.
* Even though she’s never been a house dog, Sadie Belle knows how to potty outside and has no problem doing her business on the leash.
* After all she’s been through, you’d expect Sadie Belle to be extremely fearful. It’s incredible that she’s never shown even a speck of aggression or confrontation. She’s as gentle as a lamb!
Sadie Belle is a true testament to canine resilience! With tender hope growing her in her eyes, we can see that she still believes in the love of people. All she needs now is someone who believes in her enough to give her a chance. Could that person be you?
