I’m Phineas and I’m a five pound wonder dog! It’s been said that I rate an 11 for affection on a 10 point scale! What does that mean for you? A lap dog extraordinaire! I get along with people and dogs, and I’d love being with someone who can handle an extra five pounds of love! I like going for walks, and it doesn’t have to be too far! I really need somebody to love, and I hope it’s you!
