for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Teddy's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Teddy's Story...
Teddy is an amazing dog. He is almost two years old, neutered, healthy and up to date on all shots. He is house trained and walks on a leash. He loves other dogs. He weighs about 50 pounds. Teddy loves to run and play. We are looking for a family with another high energy dog or an active runner, walker or hiker who can give him regular exercise. He was surrendered because his owner didn't have time to spend with him. He is looking to bond with someone and would do great with an active single person or couple. Because of his energy level, youth and lots of changes for him we are looking for someone with dog experience, calm environment, commitment, stability and patience. Teddy's boundless enthusiasm and capacity for love will bring so much joy to the right home. Please contact our rescue as soon as possible to meet him by emailing C4PToronto@gmail.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Teddy, a Toronto Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Toronto, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Toronto.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Toronto already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Toronto breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Toronto paves the way for another one to be saved.
