Here's what the humans have to say about me:
*****COURTESY POST*****Josie is a highly energetic three year old yellow lab mix. She is great with people and listens when told to sit or lie down, she listens better when offered a treat. She likes to go for long walks, but needs to be on a leash, because if she picks up a scent she will run till she finds it. She doesn’t bark unless something is bothering her. The only problem we have with Josie is her aversion to other animals. We got her from the York Co., SC shelter when she was around 6 months old and they spayed her before we were allowed to take her home. We were not allowed to touch her or she how she interacted with other animals before we adopted her. I noticed about a week after bringing her home that she didn’t like any other animals (dogs, cats, etc.) I thought she was just scared and she would outgrow it but, she didn’t. I don’t know if it was because the shelter kept all the puppies isolated from other animals or something that actually happened to her before the shelter, but she still can’t be around other animals. Josie will need to be an only pet. Please call Tina for inquiries at 704-246-0956*****COURTESY POST***
