Col. Potter Cairn Terrier Rescue
Let me introduce myself, I'm Lynyrd. As the name might imply, I'm somewhat of a bad boy - however I just consider myself to be smart and resourceful. I have learned to dig under standard fences to explore my world and to climb on crates to get on the counter for treats and open my bag of food. I really do not like to be crated and I will let you know this by wetting in my crate (but only in my crate - I have been good outside of the crate and in the house). I love to take walks with my foster clan. My favorite spot is in the bay window where I can see the outside world, but I also love to snuggle with my foster parents. I take treats gently but I really love skritches and belly rubs. I will need some training to become the best Cairn that I can be. I need someone who is home a lot so I can snuggle and follow you around the house. I would like a home with out toddlers and young children. Get that application completed 'cause I'z ready to go to my new home.

**** FOSTER HOMES NEEDED! ****
YOU can make a huge difference by fostering just one dog. ONE dog, ONE time a year = ONE life that could be saved! Each and everyday we have the opportunity to save more Cairns in need, but we can't do it if we don't have the Foster Homes to place them in. Would you like to learn more on how you can help?
'Saving just one dog won't change the world, but it surely will change the world for that one dog.'

Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply.
