Ichabod's Story...
Hi! My name is Ichabod and my mama and siblings were rescued from Devore Shelter in San Bernadino! That place was soooooo scary and we are so happy to be out of there!

I'm definitely one of the sweet cuddlers of the bunch! I also love playing with toys and my siblings! You will always have a blast with me around. I will be your loyal buddy who will follow you around everywhere like your little shadow. I have one of the most amazing necklace markings in white on my chest! How cool is that?

I am neutered, snap tested negative for FIV/FELV, microchipped, dewormed, and up to date on my vaccines.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ichabod, a Los Angeles Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
