Finn's Story...
Introducing Finn!
This big lug of a puppy came to us in a very sad and unique way. A foster of ours who works for a real estate company and her maintenance team went to one of their rental houses to begin prepping the house for the next tenants. They went into the back yard, and that's where they noticed Finn. He was quietly resting under a tree. They called to him, and Finn happily approached them. Turns out, the family that rented the house moved and left poor Finn in the back yard to fend for himself.

Despite being abandoned like that, this is a dog that has such a deep desire to be someone's dog. His pure love and loyalty is the stuff that great dogs are made of.

Since arriving to our rescue, we have leaned that Finn is a lap dog, and loves affection. He loves his foster dad and fur brother, loves the dog park and is, in fact, an all around great dog.

Finn is approximately 5 months old and has the most adorably awkward underbite you've ever seen. His adoption fee is $500 and will include his neuter surgery, heartworm preventative, microchip, up to date vaccines, deworming, health certificate and transportation from Memphis to your area.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Finn, a Greenfield German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Greenfield, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Greenfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Greenfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Greenfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Greenfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
