Antonio's Story...
Well hello, world! My name's Antonio and I am fresh off the van from a Kansas shelter, where I wasn't too happy to be in a tiny little kennel all day. Look how cute I am - I deserve to be on a lap, not in a kennel! I'm about 3 years old and weigh 9.5 lbs. I have cropped ears, a docked tail, and a sweet heart! My foster family is still getting to know me, but since I'm a young guy, I'll need some work on the basics like house training, basic obedience, and all around manners. I'm good with other dogs, but haven't been tested around kitties or little humans yet. If you think I'll be a good match for your family, contact my rescue and let them know!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Antonio, a Denver Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Denver, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
