Cooper's Story...
This handsome boy is Cooper. He is 20lbs and a 1 1/2 years old of nothing but sweetness. He was rescued from a local high kill shelter by no fault of his own. Cooper is the kind of boy that makes you smile when you look at him. He loves to act goofy by sitting on his back legs or will try and shake your hand when he gets in trouble. He gets along great with smaller dogs but bigger boys not so much. He is curious of cats but doesn't chase them and he's great with kids. He loves to run so a fenced in yard would be a plus. He is house trained and does well with a crate. He loves his humans and loves to crawl up in your lap to snuggle. He would be fine in a home by himself or with a smaller dog. Cooper is a beautiful boy that will bring so much joy to a active family. For more information please contact southerngirlspoundrescue1@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cooper, a Pulaski Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Pulaski, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Pulaski.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pulaski already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pulaski breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pulaski paves the way for another one to be saved.
