My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Beaker! We cannot begin to say what a special cat Beaker is. This kitty has been through a lot in his 3 years of life and we are so thankful that The Pet Rescue Center was able to help him. Beaker was brought to us in pretty bad shape. Suffering from multiple health conditions that were threatening his life, we stepped in and worked tirelessly to save him. After 2 months of treatment we are so thrilled to say that Beaker is now a happy and completely healthy kitty and ready to find his forever home. His loving and amazing personality never waivered during his treatment, even when he needed IV fluids and blood work daily. Beaker has the personality that everyone would hope for in a cat. He is so amazingly sweet with a silly and playful side that never stops. He has become an absolute staff favorite with everyone stopping during the day just to say hi to him. His big adorable face cannot be passed up without at least a pet and some loving. Please consider giving Beaker a chance to be a part of your family.
ADOPTION PROCESS:
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. You can find our application online at: http://www.thepetrescuecenter.org/adopt/adoption-application.html. Completed applications can be submitted online, faxed to (949) 743-5878 or emailed to: adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization that seeks to reduce unnecessary euthanasia of dogs and cats in at-risk situations and is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
