Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I'm Sparky. I have had a tough time of late. My family the me away on KSL to another family who kept me for a few weeks and got tired of me. So they put me outside to get hit by a car or picked up by animal control. A neighbor found me and brought me back to my owner and they refused to take me. So they called my first family and they didn't want me either. I'm don't know why. I try to be good, I like people, cats and dogs, I don't potty in the house when I'm taken outside enough. I like my fosters a lot, but I'm really hoping for a furever home that won't dump me, or give me away. My adoption includes my neuter, vaccinations and deworming.
