Fievel's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Fievel's Story...
Hey, it's me.....Fievel! I got my name because I look like Fievel the mouse! I am a happy-go-lucky kind of guy. I am pretty small (just under 5 lbs) and I love to play with the other small dogs in my foster home. I enjoy exploring the wild jungle in my foster home's backyard and catching a few rays on the patio. I will need a very secure fence because of my size. I am housebroken and I like to use the doggy door. I sleep quietly in my crate at night and when the foster family is not home. I am really looking forward to finding my forever home. To make me yours, email info@habitat4paws.org.

**Because we require home visits, we only adopt locally to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. For more on adoption policies, please see the Adopt page of our website, www.habitat4paws.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fievel, a McKinney Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in McKinney, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in McKinney.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in McKinney already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a McKinney breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in McKinney paves the way for another one to be saved.
