for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Kiki's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and good with dogs.

Kiki's Story...
Kiki is an adorable 11 pound, 5 year old Powder Puff Chinese Crested. She belonged to a breeder who got busted and gave up all their dogs. She probably was never socialized with people, so is fearful of strangers. Kiki tested positive for heartworms and has been treated for them. She also had her teeth cleaned so she is all cleaned up and ready for her new forever home.

Kiki is very affectionate, but is terrified of strangers. She is not appropriate for anyone who has lots of visitors or small children. She dances for treats and must have gotten plenty of them, because she is a little chunky in the middle. Kiki is crate trained too.

Kiki has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and treated for heartworms. Her adoption fee is $250.00.

If you are interested in adopting this cutie, please write us at and ask for an application to adopt. We are a foster-home based organization, and the adoption process starts when you submit your application. Once that has been approved, we can schedule a time for you to meet Kiki.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kiki, a Atlanta Chinese Crested dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chinese Crested for sale in Atlanta, or seeking a Chinese Crested dog from a breeder in Atlanta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Atlanta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Atlanta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chinese Crested breeders who help with Chinese Crested rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Atlanta paves the way for another one to be saved.
