Cricket's Story...
Cricket is a full blooded Australian Heeler. Her temperament is happy all of the time and as you can see from her picture is smiling for the camera. Cricket is quite a ham!! She is energetic, but not hyper. Great leash manners and exceptional house manners. Cricket loves children and is quite playful. Cricket is not a chewer and only plays with her toys, especially her Nylobone. She likes other dogs, but is not fond of cats.
 She would make an excellent hiking companion, great on a farm as she is very protective of her home, not aggressive, just likes to work. This girl is kind, loving, loyal, energetic and a quick learner. If interested in Cricket, please contact

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cricket, a Sherman Australian Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Sherman, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Sherman.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sherman already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sherman breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sherman paves the way for another one to be saved.
